If you no longer feel you can properly care for your bird and are considering giving him/her up, please give us a call to discuss your options, including relinquishment.
If after discussing your options with us, you still want to relinquish your bird for placement in a new home or in a sanctuary environment, you will need to fill out a Relinquishment Form. The form needs to be filled out as completely as you can. The information that you provide will help us to determine the needs of your bird and and the most suitable environment for its future home.
A Microsoft Word (.doc) version of the Relinquishment Form can be downloaded from the web site by clicking on the document listed below. The completed form will be required when the bird is released.
